Private Training

Private training is the ultimate way to reach your fitness goals faster. Your training begins with a personal consultation to understand your current fitness and your attainable goals. We will then design a fitness program with realistic results and a realistic time period. Private training for youth and adults.

Middle School and High School Sports Performance

Private and Semi-private sports performance training is available to youth and teens in middle school and high school. Training is focused on seasonal training for speed, strength and agility. Special pricing for after school training between 3:00-6:00 PM.

Ask about Proformance Training. Proformance Training includes 2-3 sports performance sessions weekly. Training includes speed, strength and agility training in your sport, and skill training at your position on the field or court. This package includes everything you need to improve athletically and fundamentally. This is for the athlete who is motivated and determined to take their game to the next level.

Team Training

Pro Fitness offers high school team training. Our program focuses on conditioning, injury prevention, weight training, and other speed, strength and agility training. To schedule your team for training or for further questions about our team memberships contact@ProFitnessFL.com.
