Pro Fitness nutrition plans are designed for those that are ready to make a drastic and serious lifestyle change. For those that are not, I plan to move slower. At Pro Fitness we believe in "lifestyle eating plans" not "diet." This is a seven day a week plan. We take the foods you are already eating, tweak the quantity and how you eat them. Eating should be enjoyable and we want you to look forward to it! If you are accustom to eating potato chips, soda, and a slice of pie three to five days a week, we will remove starchy carbohydrates first. That would include potato chips and pie. They will be replaced with healthy "grab-n-go" snacks. We will allow you one day a week to eat, in moderation, "bad foods." The eating plans won't change very much over the course of the 12 months. This has worked for my clients, and I stick to what works. If you are hesitant to make the change and looking for nutritional tips we are happy to meet with free of charge.
