Summer Slim Down

We got your beach bod and favorite bikini in mind! 8-week program begins March 10. Personal trainer, Leslie, Davila will work you into shape just time for the beach season! Zumba, Boot Camp and beach training on the beaches of The Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach will keep you motivated!
The winner of this program receives a free weekend vacation to The Shores Resort and Spa!


Ladies' Fit Club

Ladies’ Fit Club, Cardio Kickboxing and Pilates
A combination of strength, stretching, core development and cardio make this program perfect for you in 2010.
All sessions are private, small groups so we can focus on you. l

June 7-11
Pro Fitness Speed, Strength and Agility Camp. Ages 7-12. Camp runs 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. Training focuses on developing the core muscles for young athletes. Campers will participate in cardio exercises, strength training and sports games. Camp is held indoors at Pro Fitness.       

June 14-18
Camp 9 Fitness will host this camp in partnership with Pro Fitness. Camp 9 Fitness is a leader in football training, led by Marlon Moye-Moore. More information coming soon. Camp is held at Lake Sylvan Park.

June 21-25
Pro Fitness Basketball Speed, Strength and Agility Camp. Ages 7-11. Camp runs 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. Training focuses on core muscles needed to improve athletic ability on the basketball court. Campers will work on drills to improve speed and quickness, vertical leap and core muscle training. Basketball skill training is also included. Camp is held indoors at Pro Fitness.

June 28-July 2

July 12-16

Camp 9 Fitness will host this camp in partnership with Pro Fitness. Camp 9 Fitness is a leader in football training, led by Marlon Moye-Moore. More information coming soon. Camp is held at Lake Sylvan Park.

July 26-30
Challenger Soccer. To register for this camp you must sign up online at www.Challengersports.com. Clcik on British Soccer Camps, "find a camp near you", and our camp is listed as "Pro Fitness FL." Challenger Camps offer the best instruction around the world. All camp instructors are in their "off-season" from playing professionally overseas.

Fitness training designed for ages 6-9. Kid Fit Training classes run Tuesday 4:40-5:25 PM.
