This food plan is designed for those that are ready to make a drastic and serious life style change. For those that are not, I plan to move slower. Each week, will eliminate one non-healthy idem from their current eating plan. At the same time keeping some of the foods they are accustom to eating for example: Let’s assume you eat potato chips, drink coke, and a slice of pie three to five days a week. The first week you will remove starchy carbohydrates. That would include potato chips and pie. They will be replaced with bananas and apples. You are allowed one day a week to eat the “bad foods”. The eating plans won’t change very much over the course of the 12 months. This has worked for many of my clients I usually stick to what works. Keep in mind I will make myself available to our viewing public. If they have questions, I will be willing to come on the air and answer them or they can e-mail me if we need to tweak an eating plan. This is a six day a week plan. Even GOD rested on the 7th.
